使用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的结构分析模块,对高压辊磨机辊面镶嵌硬质合金圆柱与基体过盈配合时,圆柱插入基体的全过程进行分析计算,得到了三种不同过盈量下,圆柱插入基体过程中应力的变化情况。通过对计算结果的分析比较,得出了可能产生裂纹危险区的位置及较理想的过盈量,为实际装配及结构设计构设计时过盈量的选择提供理论指导。
The structural analysis module in the large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze and calculate the whole process of inserting the cylinder into the matrix when the interference fit of the cemented carbide cylinder and the substrate was set on the roller surface of the high-pressure roller mill.
