调查二重一线职工5390人,测其身高、体重、血压、血糖、血脂,计算BMI。结果:按2004年中华医学会糖尿病学分会(CDS)建议判断,代谢异常占企业职工的26.2%,单项超重或肥胖、血脂异常、高血糖、高血压分别占14.5%,17.5%,3.02%,3.99%,MS占2.5%。患病年龄以30～60岁为主,但超重或肥胖患病率20～60岁相似(P>0.05),血脂异常在中壮年明显(P<0.01)。结论:本调查提示企业一线职工代谢异常患病率并不低。
Investigate the dual front-line workers 5,390 people, measuring its height, weight, blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids, calculate BMI. Results: According to the suggestion of Diabetes Branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2004, metabolic abnormalities accounted for 26.2% of the employees in the enterprise. Individual overweight or obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperglycemia and hypertension accounted for 14.5%, 17.5% and 3.02%, respectively. 3.99%, MS 2.5%. The prevalence was 30 to 60 years old, but the prevalence of overweight or obesity was similar between the ages of 20 and 60 (P> 0.05). The prevalence of dyslipidemia was significantly higher in middle and young adults (P <0.01). Conclusion: This survey suggests that the prevalence of metabolic abnormalities in front-line workers is not low.
