近年来,我按课改要求,结合教学实际,努力打造高效优质课堂,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学习成绩,培养了自学能力,形成了良好的学习习惯。我主要是从以下几个方面做的:一、转变教学观念思想是行动的先导,打造高效课堂观念必须先行。在教学中我转变了两个观念,一是转变了教师讲得多、学生参与少的观念,课堂由原来的“讲堂”变成了学生的“学堂”;二是增强了教师主导、学生主体地位的观念,体现自主、合作、探究意识。
