本文对荆门炼油厂7006~#液态烃球罐裂纹缺陷的原因进行了分析,介绍了焊缝裂纹缺陷的形态和分布状况,认为该球罐焊缝裂纹为非环境性氢致裂纹。
In this paper, the causes of crack defects in 7006 ~ # liquid hydrocarbon spherical tank in Jingmen refinery are analyzed. The morphology and distribution of crack defects are introduced. It is considered that the crack in the weld of the spherical tank is a non-environmental hydrogen induced crack.
