1 病例介绍例 1,患儿 ,杨× ,女 ,5 212 岁 ,以左下肢骨疼痛伴发热拟 :风湿病而住院。查 :T38.4℃ ,神志清楚 ,面色稍苍白 ,皮肤无出血 ,淋巴结未触及、心肺无异常、肝脾未触及、左下肢压痛 ,双下肢关节无红肿 ,关节活动自如。查血常规白细胞 4.7×10 9/L,分叶 0 .43,淋巴 0 .
Case description 1 cases, children, Yang ×, female, 5 212 years old, left lower extremity bone pain with fever to be: rheumatic disease and hospitalization. Check: T38.4 ℃, conscious clear pale, skin bleeding, lymph nodes not touched, no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched, left lower extremity tenderness, no joint swelling in both lower extremities, joint activity freely. Check the blood of conventional white blood cells 4.7 × 10 9 / L, leaves 0 .43, 0 lymph nodes.
