党的思想政治工作,是用马列主义、毛泽东思想武装人们头脑的一种社会实践,是指解决人们思想、观点和政治立场问题的全部工作之总和.因此思想政治工作应该真正说服人.李瑞环同志曾经指出:“思想政治工作要真正说服人,一靠真理的力量,二靠人格的力量.”这里不仅给我们指出了思想政治工作要真正说服人的方法,更重要的是给我们指出了思想政治工作的一个核心问题,那就是思想政治工作必须真正说服人.
