中国林学会于1980年9月3—10日在江西庐山召开了南方用材林速生丰产技术学术讨论会。出席会议的有南方十四省(区)、市的林业科研、生产、教学单位的代表共150人。会议由李万新副理事长主持。会上共收论文143篇,其中19篇在大会上进行了宣读,其余论文在分组会上进行了交流。内容主要有杉木产区区划,立地类型划分,林分密度管理图的编制与应用,杉木速生丰产的生态学基础;马尾松在南方基地建设中的地位,存在问题和解决途径;国外松引种造林试验;桉树的引种驯化及栽培技术问题等。
The Chinese Society of Forestry held a symposium on fast-growing and high-yielding techniques of southern timber plantations in Lushan, Jiangxi from September 3 to 10, 1980. A total of 150 representatives from forestry research, production and teaching units in 14 provinces (districts) in the south were present at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Li Wanxin, vice chairman. A total of 143 papers were collected at the conference, of which 19 were read out at the conference, and the rest of the papers were exchanged at the breakout sessions. The main contents include the classification of the main producing areas of the Chinese fir, the classification of site types, the compilation and application of the map of stand density management, the ecological basis of fast growing and high yielding Chinese fir; the position, problems and solutions of masson pine in the southern base construction; Test; introduction and domestication of eucalyptus and cultivation techniques and so on.
