1 工程概况 昌邑市防潮堤工程是国家计委1998年下达的水利第一批国债专项资金投资项目。南起潍河大堤末端,止点为潍东大坝南头,线路全长2224m,按50年一遇防潮标准设计,防潮水位(含风浪爬高)6.50m,工程主要内容是新建防潮堤2224m,为重力式砌石挡土墙,同时新建混凝土闸一个,料石砌石闸8个,共需完成浆砌石2.3万m~3,土方4.2万m~3.工程总投资720万元。 2施工质量控制
