特殊儿童作为弱势群体受到社会的广泛关注,部分特殊儿童家长因为担心小孩受到社会歧视,不公平对待等原因而将特殊儿童送往普通小学接受教育。笔者在此,将通过实习中的亲身经历,借助罗尔斯关于正义的相关理论,从特殊儿童在普通小学就读的现状及影响、是否违背了罗尔斯关于公平的三个原则、相应的改进建议三个维度来探讨特殊儿童在普通小学接受教育的公平性问题。同时希望通过完善特殊儿童在普通小学就读这一维度来更好地实现整个教育领域的公平。
As special social groups, special children have received widespread public concern as vulnerable groups. Some special parents of children send ordinary children to ordinary primary schools for fear of social discrimination and unfair treatment. Here, I will analyze whether Rawls’s status quo and influence from attending ordinary primary schools through the experience of internships and Rawls’s relevant theory of justice violate the three principles of Rawls’s fairness and corresponding improvements Three dimensions are suggested to explore the issue of fairness of special children in general primary education. At the same time, I hope we can better realize the fairness in education as a whole by improving the dimension of special children’s enrollment in ordinary primary schools.
