各证券投资基金管理公司,工商银行、农业银行、中国银行、建设银行、交通银行证券投资基金托管部,上海、深圳证券交易所:为贯彻落实《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》,加强证券投资基金信息披露的管理,保障基金持有人合法权益和社会公共利益,中国证监会制定了《证券投资基金管理暂行办法》实施准则第五号《证券投资基金信息披露指引》,现予发布,请认真遵照执行。
All securities investment fund management companies, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank, Bank of China, Construction Bank, Bank of Communications Securities Investment Fund Custody, Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges: In order to implement the Interim Measures for Securities Investment Fund Management, Securities Investment Fund Information Disclosure, Guaranteeing the Legitimate Rights and Interests of the Fund Holders and Social and Public Interests, China Securities Regulatory Commission has formulated the Guidelines for the Information Disclosure of Securities Investment Funds No.5 of the Interim Measures for the Administration of Securities Investment Funds and is hereby promulgated.
