目的探究零感OT-MI型一次性使用吸氧装置的临床应用及效果。方法 92例重症监护室吸氧患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组患者采用传统入水湿化方法进行吸氧,观察组患者采用零感OT-MI型一次性使用吸氧装置进行吸氧。比较两组患者受到湿化噪音的影响情况、湿源物质细菌的培养结果。结果观察组患者受到湿化噪音影响的发生率为2.17%,明显低于对照组的93.48%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者湿源物质细菌培养阴性率为100.00%,明显高于对照组患者的8.70%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对重症监护室吸氧患者采取零感OT-MI型一次性使用吸氧装置的临床效果显著,可帮助患者减少噪音的影响,排除医源性肺部感染情况,值得实践推广。
Objective To explore the clinical application and effect of zero-induction OT-MI single-use oxygen inhalation device. Methods Ninety - two ICU oxygen inhalation patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional water-in-wet method for oxygen inhalation. Patients in the observation group were treated with oxygen-sensing single-use OT-MI single-use oxygen inhalation device. The effects of wetting noise on the two groups of patients were compared, and the bacterial culture results of wet material were compared. Results The incidence of wetting noise in observation group was 2.17%, which was significantly lower than that in control group (93.48%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The negative rate of bacterial culture in the observation group was 100.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (8.70%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of zero-inductivity OT-MI single-use oxygen inhalation device in intensive care unit patients with oxygen inhalation is significant, which can help patients to reduce the impact of noise and exclude iatrogenic pulmonary infection and is worth popularizing.
