目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、白介素8(interleukin-8,IL-8)、白介素24(interleukin-24,IL-24)、核因子kB(NF-kB)和抑癌基因P53在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其表达的差异在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中的意义。方法:根据FIGO(2000年)病理分期分为4组,分别为:Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期组,采用流式细胞术检测血清VEGF、IL-8、IL-24、NF-kB和P53的表达。结果:与对照组、Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期相比较,FIGOⅣ期组的VEGF、IL-8、IL-24、NF-kB和P53的水平明显上升(P<0.05);且随着子宫内膜癌严重程度的增加而升高(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF、IL-8、IL-24、NF-kB和P53可能参与子宫内膜癌发生发展,而IL-24和P53可能是治疗子宫内膜癌的一种新的方法。
Objective: To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), interleukin-8 (IL-8), interleukin-24 (IL-24), nuclear factor kB The Significance of the Expression of oncogene P53 in Endometrial Carcinoma and the Difference of Its Expression in the Development of Endometrial. Methods: According to FIGO (2000) pathological staging, the patients were divided into 4 groups: stage Ⅰ, stage Ⅱ, stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳ. Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of VEGF, IL-8, IL-24 and NF- kB and P53 expression. Results: The levels of VEGF, IL-8, IL-24, NF-κB and P53 in FIGOⅣ group were significantly increased compared with those in control group, stageⅠ, Ⅱ andⅢ (P <0.05) The severity of endometrial cancer increased (P <0.01). Conclusion: VEGF, IL-8, IL-24, NF-kB and P53 may participate in the development of endometrial carcinoma. However, IL-24 and P53 may be a new method for the treatment of endometrial carcinoma.
