本文叙述了中国山茶叶中茶碱及儿茶素组分的反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱分离及测定方法。该法准确、灵敏,各组分的变异系数在1.31%~3.28%范围内。茶碱及儿茶素组分的定量灵敏度分别为0.1μg和0.03μg。
This article describes the separation and determination of theophylline and catechin components in Camellia japonica by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with gradient elution. The method is accurate and sensitive, the coefficient of variation of each component is in the range of 1.31% ~ 3.28%. The quantitative sensitivities of theophylline and catechin components were 0.1 μg and 0.03 μg, respectively.
