蚊类是常见的重要医学媒介昆虫,种类繁多、形态多样,不仅骚扰吸血,部分种类更是多种严重疾病的重要传播媒介。不同的蚊类携带病原体的类型也不同,因此,蚊类鉴定对于了解疾病的扩散和传播非常重要。本文参阅已发表的文献,并结合实际工作,对96微孔板鉴定芯片的原理、优越性及其在蚊类快速鉴定上的应用前景展望进行综述。该技术具有准确、快速、高通量等特点,对缩短鉴定周期,提高鉴定常见蚊虫效率,构筑卫生检疫安全屏障具有重要意义。
Mosquitoes are common and important medical vector insects. They are diverse and diverse in shape. They not only harass blood-sucking blood, but also some species are important vectors for many kinds of serious diseases. Different types of mosquito-borne pathogens are also different, so identification of mosquitoes is important to understand the spread and spread of the disease. In this paper, we review the published literature and combined with practical work to review the principle, advantages and applications of the 96 microplate identification chip in the rapid identification of mosquitoes.
