产业结构的优劣直接关系到资源配置效率和经济效益。运用比较劳动生产率和Shift-Share模型把西藏产业结构效益与全国进行对比分析,从整体看,西藏产业结构层次较低,结构效益较差,产业结构长期阻碍经济发展;从演化趋势看,西藏产业结构正向合理化方向发展,有助于提高综合竞争力。分析原因,提出加快体制改革、优化产业结构和推进社会主义新农村建设的对策。
The pros and cons of industrial structure is directly related to the efficiency of resource allocation and economic benefits. Using the comparative labor productivity and the Shift-Share model to compare the benefit of Tibet’s industrial structure with that of the whole country, the overall level of Tibet’s industrial structure is low, the structural efficiency is poor, and the industrial structure hinders economic development for a long time. From the evolutionary trend, The structure is being rationalized and will help improve its overall competitiveness. Analyze the reasons, put forward measures to speed up the system reform, optimize the industrial structure and promote the building of a new socialist countryside.
