采用光谱法研究了金属离子Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)和Fe~(3 +)对盐酸二氧丙嗪(Dioxopromethazine hydrochloride,DPZ)与人血清白蛋白(Human serum albumin,HSA)相互作用的影响.结果表明,在Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)和Fe~(3 +)等离子存在条件下,DPZ与HSA相互作用的结合常数、结合位点数及结合距离数值均有不同程度的增加.结合常数的提高表明金属离子的存在能提高DPZ与HSA的结合能力,导致DPZ的最大作用强度降低,使药物的作用时间延长.HSA的构象没有因为与Cu~(2+)、Zn~(2+)和Fe~(3 +)的结合而改变,表明DPZ与HSA结合能力的增加是因为形成的DPZ-HSA-金属离子三元复合物比DPZ-HSA二元复合物更为稳定.
