苍头河是右玉县最大的一条河流,流域面积占全县总面积84%。解放以来,勤劳的右玉人民在县委和县政府的领导下,进行了长期的连续治理,初步改变了面貌。为了弄清苍头河的治理现状与存在问题,以便进一步综合开发治理,使之更好地为右玉人民造福,我和县委办公室、调研室、林业局、区划办等单位的几个同志,于5月下旬沿河北行,进行了为期六天的实地考察.通过走访群众,实地查看,基本上搞清了苍头河的历史与现状。
Cangtou River is the largest river in Youyu County, the basin area accounting for 84% of the total area of the county. Since liberation, under the leadership of the county party committee and county government, the industrious Youyu people have conducted long-term continuous management and have initially changed their appearance. In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of the management of the Cangtou River so as to further develop comprehensively the governance so as to better benefit the people of the Youyu County, I and several comrades of the county party offices, research offices, forestry bureaus and zoning offices, In the second half of May along the Hebei line, conducted a six-day field trip through visits to the masses, on-site view, basically figure out the history and current situation of the river.
