很多朋友已经知道运动的重要性,但操作起来还是有很多令人纠结的问题。比如说,几点运动效果最好?吃饭之后多长时间才能去运动?有位女士问:我经常是下班后傍晚去运动,不知道应当是运动之前还是之后吃饭;还有人问,我是个做妈妈的人,回家还要给宝宝做饭,可是如果6点半和家人一起吃饭,又没法去上晚上7点的瑜伽课;还有男士问,我想减肥增肌,吃普通饭菜行不行?需要每天吃8个鸡蛋白么?这里就聊聊怎样解决这些小问题的思路。我不是运动专家,说的也不是运动员那种专业性很强的状况,只是结合自己读过的有限资料,以及个人经验体会,就普通人日常的体力活动情况给出一些抛砖引玉的说法,供大家参考。
