静态破碎是我国近年来发展的一门新兴施工技术。它是利用无声静态破碎剂与水作用,经过4~24h,生成新的膨胀物质,可使固相体积增加到原来体积的3倍,并能产生2.94万kPa以上的膨胀力,从而将混凝土或岩石破碎。通过在辽宁省双台子河闸改建中的应用,得出如下结论:即用静态破碎技术是一种极为安全的破碎措施。对素混凝土的破碎效果理想,但对钢筋混凝土的破碎效果较差,达不到切断钢筋的能力,只能将混凝土胀酥强度由C25降到C7左右。
