目的 :观察硼锌联用对氟损伤的预防和保健作用。方法 :选择工龄 3年以上的氟作业工人 40人 ,随机分为两组 ,A组 2 0人为服药组 ,服用硼锌复合剂 ;B组 2 0人为非服药对照组 ;另选该厂同样条件非氟作业工人 2 0人为阴性对照 C组。不脱岗进行 1个月的服药观察。观察指标包括尿 F- 、尿 BF- 4 含量 ,全血 SOD、GSH- PX活性及 MDA含量 ,血清免疫球蛋白及微量元素含量。结果 :A组服药 1个月后 ,尿 F-及尿 BF- 4 含量显著升高 ;血清 AKP活性、血浆 MDA含量下降 ,血清 SOD活性、Ig G含量、微量元素 Zn、Ca含量升高。结论 : “硼锌联用”对氟损伤机体具有一定的预防和保健作用 ,其表现在 (1)以 F-和 BF4-的形式促进机体氟排出 ,减轻体内氟负荷。 (2 )增强体内抗氟化酶的活性 ,减轻自由基引起的机体损伤 ,提高机体抗氟致脂质过氧化损伤的能力。 (3)提高机体的免疫力和使体内微量元素保持平衡
OBJECTIVE: To observe the preventive and health effects of boron and zinc on fluoride injury. Methods: Forty fluoride workers who were more than 3 years old were randomly divided into two groups: 20 cases in group A were treated with boron and zinc, 20 cases in group B were non-medication control group, and the other conditions were the same Non-fluorine workers 20 were negative control group C Do not off Kong for 1 month medication observation. The observation index included urine F-, urine BF-4 content, whole blood SOD, GSH- PX activity and MDA content, serum immunoglobulin and trace element content. Results: The urine F- and urine BF-4 levels were significantly increased in group A at one month after treatment. The serum AKP activity, plasma MDA content, serum SOD activity, Ig G content and trace elements Zn and Ca contents were increased. CONCLUSION: “Boron-Zinc complex” has a preventive and health-care effect on fluoride-damaged body. Its manifestations are as follows: (1) Fluoride and BF4- promote fluoride excretion and reduce the body’s fluoride load. (2) to enhance the activity of anti-fluoride enzyme in vivo, to reduce the damage caused by free radicals and improve the body’s ability to resist lipid peroxidation induced by fluoride. (3) to improve the body’s immune system and trace elements to maintain balance
