党的十六届六中全会作出了构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定,这是党中央总揽全局、坚持科学发展、根据我国经济社会发展的时代特征作出的重大战略决策。贫困地区经济落后,在构建和谐社会中困难相对较大,因此,应根据自身特定情况,突出解决好一些重要问题。作为自治区级贫困县的上思县,我们近年来根据自身特定情况积极实践和探索,突出解决好一些重点问题,效果明显。
The 6th Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee has made the decision of several major issues in building a harmonious socialist society. This is a major strategic decision the CPC Central Committee takes overall control of the overall situation and upholds scientific development in the light of the characteristics of the times in China’s economic and social development. In the impoverished areas, the economy is backward and the difficulties are relatively great in building a harmonious society. Therefore, we should highlight some important issues according to their own specific situations. As Shangsi County, an autonomous county-level poverty-stricken county, in recent years, we have been actively practicing and exploring according to our own specific situations, highlighting and resolving some key issues with obvious results.
