采用生物显微镜、扫描电镜和荧光显微镜研究了微生物水泥在松散砂颗粒间形成胶结物碳酸钙的过程。结果表明:微生物水泥在1.0 h之内便会在松散砂颗粒之间形成胶结物碳酸钙,该胶结过程大约持续到5.0 h,继续延长时间,则对胶结效果影响较小;微生物水泥中的微生物首先吸附在松散砂颗粒表面,然后再与反应液在松散砂颗粒表面发生化学反应形成胶结物碳酸钙。随着松散砂颗粒间胶结物的增多,松散砂颗粒便逐渐胶结成为整体。
Bio-microscope, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence microscopy were used to study the process of microbial cement forming cementing calcium carbonate between loose sand particles. The results showed that the microbial cement formed calcium carbonate between loose sand particles within 1.0 h, and the cementing process lasted for about 5.0 h. When extended for a longer time, the effect of cementation was less. Microbials in microbial cement First adsorbed on the surface of loose sand particles, and then with the reaction liquid in the loose sand particles surface chemical reaction to form a cement calcium carbonate. With the increase of loose sand between the cement particles, loose sand particles gradually cemented into a whole.
