新世纪高校党组织应该站在时代和历史的高度 ,转变观念 ,努力探索在优秀大学生中发展党员工作的新途径。在大学生中发展党员 ,要提倡一个“早”字 ,突破一个“量”字 ,坚持一个“严”字。从“源头”抓起 ,把好培养教育关 ;从“考察”抓起 ,把好质量关 ;从“程序”抓起 ,把好审批关。坚持标准 ,保证质量 ,不拘一格地把符合党员条件的优秀大学生吸收到党内来
Party organizations in colleges and universities in the new century should stand at the height of the times and history, change their concepts, and strive to explore new ways to develop party members among outstanding college students.
