2016年4月,银监会、科技部和人民银行联合发布《中国银监会、科技部、中国人民银行关于支持银行业金融机构加大创新力度开展科创企业投贷联动试点的指导意见》,这是商业银行与集团内部设立的具有投资功能的子公司开展的专门针对科创型企业的(狭义的)投贷联动;本文讨论的是这种类型之外的商业银行开展的(广义的)投贷联动。
In April 2016, China Banking Regulatory Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology and People’s Bank of China jointly issued the Guiding Opinions of China Banking Regulatory Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology and People’s Bank of China on Supporting Banking Financial Institutions to Increase Innovation and Launching Pilot Joint Ventures of Scientific and Technological Enterprises Bank (in a narrow sense) investment linkage with banks with investment-enabled subsidiaries set up by the Group; this article discusses the (broadly defined) investment and loan linkage conducted by commercial banks of this type .
