今天的知识社会里，知识信息（KnowledgeInformation）成为企业的一种新的核心力量（CoreCompetence）。现在我们迎来由计算机通信和信息网络组织起来的社会体制，即以发达的网络化为特征的Netware社会。未来知识型企业的经营目的是在全球知识信息网络环境下推进其经营战略，以适应瞬息万变的经营环境，不断发展壮大以增强企业的竞争力。文章共分四部分：前两部分分析知识信息网络环境的变化及其应用；第三部分介绍知识信息网络的组织和知识网络总监的新概念；最后提出知识信息网络的未来发展方向。
In today’s knowledge society, knowledge information has become a new core strength of the company (Core Competence). Now we are welcoming a social system organized by computer communication and information networks, namely Netware society characterized by advanced networking. The purpose of the future knowledge-based company’s business is to promote its business strategy in the global knowledge and information network environment to adapt to the ever-changing business environment, and continue to grow and strengthen to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. The article is divided into four parts: the first two parts analyze the changes and application of knowledge and information network environment; the third part introduces the new concept of knowledge information network organization and knowledge network director, and finally put forward the future development direction of knowledge information network.
