目的研制用于柴油发电机组的数字调速系统.方法采用单片机技术,用直流永磁伺服电机作为执行器组成新的调速系统。使用变速积分PID算法,合理选择控制周期,达到了稳速控制,可在700~1500r.min-1范围内取得较好的调速指标.结果在北京内燃机总厂生产的X4115T1柴油机上的试验表明该数字调速器稳态调速率达到0%;瞬态调速率达到2.5%;转速稳定时间为2s.已经达到或超过国标GB3745-83的指标要求.结论数字调速系统采用位置和转速双闭环控制,动态特性良好,调速精度高,应用灵活。
Objective To develop digital speed regulation system for diesel generator. Methods Using single-chip microcomputer technology, using DC permanent magnet servo motor as the actuator to form a new speed control system. The use of variable speed integral PID algorithm, a reasonable choice of control cycle, reached a steady speed control, available in 700 ~ 1500r. min-1 range to achieve better speed regulation. Results The test on the X4115T1 diesel engine manufactured by Beijing Internal Combustion Engine Plant showed that the digital governor steady state speed regulation rate reached 0%, the transient regulation rate reached 2.5% and the speed stability time was 2s. Has reached or exceeded the national standard GB3745-83 index requirements. Conclusion The digital speed regulation system adopts dual closed loop control of position and speed, good dynamic characteristics, high speed regulation precision and flexible application.
