在当前市场经济背景下,国有企业的重组使得其管理体制改革面临着许多新的挑战,在人力资源管理方面,以往单纯依靠财务指标进行绩效评估的方法存在着很大的缺陷和不足,难以有效适应企业长远发展的目标,在这种情况下,应用平衡计分卡,进行企业绩效管理工作,就变得非常重要。本文结合平衡计分卡的内涵,对其在国有企业绩效管理中的应用进行了讨论和分析。
