营口港位于环渤海经济圈与东北经济区的交界点。本文利用SWOT分析法明确了在“一带一路”东北经济区国家战略发展背景下营口港具备的优势,劣势,挑战和机遇。提出营口港要抓住国家战略机遇,明确自身定位,优化公司管理制度,现代化物流管理,多元化经营战略,与大连港等周边港口形成错位发展,与天津港等共同合作,协作发展。借力营口港的地理优势做强做精,形成环渤海经济圈港口物流中心。做好港圈协同发展,港城互动和产业支撑,最终形成港口的绿色节约式发展。
Yingkou Port is located at the junction of the Bohai Economic Rim and the Northeast Economic Zone. This article uses SWOT analysis to clarify the strengths, weaknesses, challenges and opportunities that Yingkou Port possesses under the national strategic development of the “One Belt and Road” Northeast Economic Zone. It is proposed that Yingkou Port should seize the strategic opportunities of the country, clarify its own position, optimize the company management system, modern logistics management and diversified business strategy. It should form a dislocation with the neighboring ports such as Dalian Port and cooperate with Tianjin Port for cooperation and cooperation. Leveraging the geographical advantages of Yingkou port to do a better job, the formation of Bohai Economic Circle port logistics center. Do coordinated development of the Hong Kong Circle, Harbor City interaction and industrial support, and ultimately the formation of a port of green conservation-oriented development.
