随着我国经济社会的发展,尤其是第三产业的迅猛发展,我国的旅游业迎来了大发展时期。但是在长久以来的旅游活动中都缺乏一个有关于旅游的法律法规对导游进行约束和管理,造成了旅游全过程中的一些问题和弊端。面对当下的情况我国于2013年10月1日颁布了《中华人民共和国旅游法》。《旅游法》的出台是我国旅游业的一个里程碑,也是导游期待的。
With the economic and social development in our country, especially the rapid development of the tertiary industry, our tourism industry ushered in a period of great development. However, in the long-term tourism activities, there is a lack of laws and regulations on tourism that restrict and manage tour guides, causing some problems and drawbacks in the whole process of traveling. In the face of the current situation, China promulgated the “Travel Law of the People’s Republic of China” on October 1, 2013. The introduction of the “Travel Law” is a milestone in China’s tourism industry, but also the guides look forward to.
