教考分离是考试管理中采用的一种方法,即由非被检测年级的任课教师代表学校命题,对某一年级的某一科目进行教和学的质量检查的一种方法。这种方法,在我校已实行多年,其基本做法是: 第一,由学校聘请学科命题员,组成学校命题组,根据学校的计划和要求命题,对某一年级的某一学科进行教学目标达标情况检测,所出试卷不再由任课教师所在的年级备课组或学科组讨论,而直接由主管教务主任审查后交付使用。
