气管异物和食道异物为耳鼻咽喉科常见急、危、重症之一,前者多见于儿童,后者则多见于成人,多为进食时不慎呛入气管或嵌顿于食道,需尽快手术取出,以防发生并发症。我科1998年4月～2003年12月诊治8例吸毒人员因自行吞金属异物而致气管、食道异物,均手术顺利取出,现报道如下。1资
