作者报告该院空气中真菌菌群分布的调查分析,并对危及人类健康较严重的黄曲霉作了消毒效果比较。结果表明:一天中,医院空气真菌含量最高在上午9~10时,为5582CFU/m3,最低在清晨5~6时,为881CFU/m3。楼层(一、四层)比较,差异不显著。空气中分离出的各类真菌比较,曲霉比例最高,占31%,而黄曲霉又占曲霉的4%。消毒试验结果表明,过氧乙酸熏蒸消毒2h,40%甲醛熏蒸消毒24h,可杀灭黄曲霉。紫外线消毒效果不理想,不宜使用。
