我们曾以中药(附子、肉桂、仙灵脾及肉苁蓉)对小白鼠氢考模型进行实验性治疗,发现对肝细胞的亚微结构有一定的保护作用。右归丸对小白鼠氢考模型肝细胞的组织学及组织化学变化也有保护调节作用。本实验重点研究右归丸对小白鼠氢考模型肝细胞亚微结构的影响,以进一步了解右归丸的作用。材料和方法选用25～30克体重雄性小白鼠81只,分三批,每批又分为三组进行实验研究。
We used the traditional Chinese medicine (Fuzi, cinnamon, epimedium, and Cistanche) to treat experimental mice with hydrogen, and found that it had a protective effect on the submicrostructure of liver cells. Yougui Pill also has a protective effect on the histological and histochemical changes of hepatocytes in the model mice. This experiment focuses on the effect of Yougui Pill on the submicroscopic structure of hepatocytes in a hydrogen mouse model in order to further understand the effect of Yougui pill. Materials and Methods Eighty-one male rats weighing 25-30 g were selected and divided into three groups. Each batch was divided into three groups for experimental study.
