君子兰Olivia miniata为石蒜科属多年生常绿草本。它一般采用分株法进行繁殖,因母株萌芽少,特别是优良品种产生小芽更少,因此君子兰繁殖速度慢,繁殖量少。用种子繁殖,实生苗不但容易产生变异,而且小苗生长慢。通过植物体细胞进行组织培养可加速良种繁育,还能选出有益突变体。该项研究工作,国内成功的不多,而且未培养成
Clivia Olivia miniata for the Amaryllidaceae is a perennial evergreen herb. It generally uses ramets for breeding, because the mother plant sprouting less, especially the fine varieties produce small buds, so the breeding of Clivia slow, less breeding. Breeding with seeds, seedlings are not only prone to mutation, but also grow slowly. Tissue culture through plant somatic cells can speed up breeding, but also select useful mutants.
