中国稀土学会稀土钢专业委员会属中国稀土学会下设的专业学会。专业委员会共有委员19名,学术秘书1名。专业委员会名誉主任委员由中国科学院院士、北京科技大学博士生导师肖纪美教授担任,主任委员由包钢(集团)公司总工程师李春龙高级工程师(教授级)担任,副主任委员由包钢(集团)公司副总工程师、包钢技术中心主持工作副主任、钢铁研究院院长陈建军高级工程师担任。
