目的:通过对床边DR、CR摄片分析,讨论其在床边摄影中的优势和不足,以改进工作提高认识。方法:对按部位按等比例抽取的200例患者,各100例固定kVp调节mAs分别行床边DRCR摄片,对图像质量、辐射量、工作量分析。结果:甲、乙、丙废片率DR0.64、0.27、0.08、0.02,CR0.55、0.30、0.09、0.03;辐射量DR、CR比约为2:3;工作量DR、CR比约为3:5。结论:对危重患者DR床边摄片的优势是提高了图像质量,辐射剂量低,有利于防护;摄影后能即时看到高质量图像,效率高,争取了治疗时间。不足:不如CR灵活;DR在使用中注意事项较多,并要注重FPD的防震,以防消减其使用寿命,且价格昂贵不宜普及。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of DR and CR radiographs at the bedside to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of bedside radiography in order to improve our work. Methods: Two hundred patients with different proportions by site and 100 patients with fixed kVp were treated by bedside DRCR radiography. Image quality, radiation dose and workload were analyzed. Results: The rates of DR, C and C scrap were DR0.64,0.27,0.08,0.02, CR0.55,0.30,0.09,0.03; the DR and CR ratios were about 2: 3; the DR and CR ratios were about 3: 5. Conclusion: The advantages of DR bedside radiography in critically ill patients are to improve the image quality, low radiation dose, which is good for protection; high quality images can be seen instantly after photography, which is efficient and strives for the treatment time. Insufficient: as CR flexible; DR in the use of more attention, and should pay attention to FPD shockproof, in order to reduce its service life, and expensive should not be universal.
