In order to understand the requirements of vitamin B1, vitamin B2 and vitamin C (hereinafter referred to as VB1, VB2 and VC) in coal mine workers, the requirements of workers for the three vitamins were investigated by saturation test. After seven days Saturated period, were given four experimental groups and a control group of different doses of three kinds of water-soluble vitamins, the results show that when the daily intake of VB13.49mg, VB23.22mg, VC118mg, 4 hours of loading urine The discharge volume was 491.5ug, 1256.8ug, 26.8mg respectively, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.01). The daily intake of these three vitamins can be considered as the appropriate requirement of workers in the mine.
