戏曲在我国非物质文化遗产中占有重要地位,中国戏曲发展的历史,也是戏曲人才培养实践的历史。以S省戏剧学校为例,总结戏曲传承人培养机制的特征、优势和缺陷,梳理戏曲传承人培养机制中面临的问题,有利于探索戏曲人才培养的有效途径和方法,为民间戏曲音乐研究和发展提供依据,也为保护、传承优秀民族艺术、发扬我国优秀传统文化提供一定的借鉴与参考。
