乙型肝炎患者前S_2抗体检测的意义

乙肝病毒(HBV)前S_2蛋白(Pre-S_2)与HBV的感染和复制有密切关系,而抗前S_2抗体(Pre-S_2Ab)则认为与HBV的清除和疾病恢复有关。我们采用ELISA抑制法进行了检测,并探讨其有关意义。

Pre-S_2 of HBV is closely related to the infection and replication of HBV, whereas Pre-S_2Ab is considered to be related to the clearance of HBV and the recovery of the disease. We tested by ELISA inhibition and discussed its significance.
