面对新世纪，笔者回顾９０年代以来在我国城市规划与建设中所出现的各种问题进行概要的经验总结，文章从市场经济条件下规划工作的开展、我国的城市化道路、加强法制建设和提高城市规划水平等四个方面展开讨论。
