什么是粗粮?当然除精白大米、面粉等细粮之外的其他粗制的含纤维多的粮食都属于粗粮,如糙米、小米、玉米、高粱,黄米等。杂粮指的是种植面窄不是主食的辅助粮食,如燕麦、荞麦、绿豆,黄豆黑豆,蚕豆、红小豆等。精粮和杂粮难以界定,粗细只是相对概念,并没有数和量的具体要求。随着科技和经济的发展,其内涵也会不断发展;不同历史时期,内容也不断变化。
