张国宝汉族,1944年生于浙江,西安交通大学机械工程系工学硕士。高级工程师。现任国家发展计划委员会副主任。先后任机械电子局副处长、处长,投资司工业处处长、副司长;1996年任国家计委副秘书长。1999年9月任国家发展计划委员会副主任,负责基础产业、工业、高技术产业等方面的工作。2003年任国家发展和改革委员会副主任,主管能源、交通运输、工业和高技术产业等方面的工作。2004年4月起兼任国务院振兴东北地区等老工业基地领导小组办公室主任。
Zhang Guobao Han nationality, born in Zhejiang in 1944, Master of Engineering in Xi’an Jiaotong University, Department of Mechanical Engineering. Senior engineer.
