食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血是肝硬化门脉高压的严重并发症。内镜治疗和生长抑素及其类似物治疗是近年来临床应用广泛的治疗方法。笔者采用内镜套扎术联合生长抑素类似物奥曲肽治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血，并观察此疗法是否能进一步改善内镜治疗的效果。
