根据多元智力理论和隐形分层教学对大学英语教学的理论意义,在多元智力理论对大学英语教学和分层教学研究现状分析的基础上,提出了多元智力理论下的大学英语隐性分层教学的做法,通过在教学中运用强项智能激发学习动机和兴趣,以优秀学生带动差生,培养学生的非智力因素,同时促进语言综合应用能力和其它弱项智能的发展,真正实现个性化学习,提高学生英语综合素质。
