本实验采用产自本省龙泉、庆元的草药肿节风 ,进行抗癌实验。结果 :对 S180 肉瘤抑瘤率为 2 7.0 0 %～ 2 9.0 0 % ;对 He PA实体瘤抑瘤率为 2 5.0 0 %～ 3 6 .2 5% ;对 EAC小鼠生命延长率为 2 1 .95%～ 2 7.6 4 %。增效作用实验表明 :本药与化疗药合用增效率为 1 1 .1 7%～3 9.80 % ;与放疗合用增效率为 1 7.6 9%～2 6 .71 %。提示肿节风不但具有一定的抗癌作用 ,且与放疗、化疗合用能起增效作用
In this experiment, anti-cancer experiments were conducted using herbal swollen winds produced in Longquan and Qingyuan provinces. Results: The inhibition rate of S180 sarcoma was 27.00%-29.00%; the tumor inhibition rate of He PA solid tumor was 25.00%-36.25%; the life extension rate of EAC mice was 2 1 From .95% to 27.64%. Synergy experiments showed that the combined use of the drug and chemotherapeutic drug increased the efficiency by 11.1-17% to 39.80%; and combined radiotherapy increased the efficiency by 17.69%-26.71%. It suggests that swollen wind has not only a certain anti-cancer effect, but also synergistic effects with radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
