王××,女31岁农民,住院号180374。患者于1975年8月在生产大队卫生所上避孕环后即觉尿道灼痛,继之出现尿频、尿急、尿痛、血尿及尿流中断等症状。长期按膀胱炎治疗无效。上环后又相继生三胎。再上环。于1985年4月8日入院。体温正常。营养差,贫血面容。心肺无异常。膀胱区有压痛。双合诊相当于膀胱区有异物感。阴道口及尿道无异常.金属尿道探杆经尿道可探及膀胱内异物。尿常规示红细胞30以上/HP,脓细胞无数/HP。腹平片示膀胱区有一环状结石影,结石核心为金属避孕环(见图).于85年4月10日在腰麻下行耻骨上膀胱切开取石术。取出环状结石一枚。术中见膀胱粘膜呈慢性炎性改变。术后抗炎治疗,切口一期愈合,按期拆线.于4月18日痊愈出院。

Urinary routine showed more than 30 red blood cells / HP, pus numerous / HP. Abdominal plain film showed a ring of bladder stones in the bladder area, the core of the stone for the metal ring (see Figure.) On April 10, 85 in the lower descending subclavian cystolithotomy. Remove the ring stone one. Surgery, see the bladder mucosa was chronic inflammatory changes. After anti-inflammatory treatment, incision healing, scheduled stitches. On April 18 recovered.
