作者用组织化学和电泳法,对5例成人来丸在微波照射前、后不同时期的精子乳酸脱氢酶-X进行了研究。结果表明微波照射后精子的乳酸脱氨酶-X活性,在一定时期下降,亦能恢复正常。并对微波影响精子乳酸脱氢酶-X的机理进行了讨论。
The authors used histochemistry and electrophoresis to study the sperm lactate dehydrogenase-X in 5 adult patients before and after microwave irradiation. The results show that the sperm lactate deaminase-X activity after irradiation decreased in a certain period, also returned to normal. The mechanism of microwave affecting sperm lactate dehydrogenase-X was also discussed.
