国家对教师实施绩效工资制度已近4年,但是教师对这一制度的误解一直存在。有三种流传较广、对绩效工资制度实施影响较大但又似是而非的误解,即“绩效工资是用我的钱奖励我”、“绩效工资在实施中是官效工资”和“绩效工资制度下,老教师辛苦几十年,不如后生一二年”。通过对这些误解进行事实分析、焦点分析、政策及逻辑分析,明确实施教师绩效工资制度的内涵和意义。
The state has implemented a performance-based salary system for teachers for nearly 4 years, but teachers’ misunderstandings about this system have always existed. There are three widely circulated, the implementation of the performance pay system is more influential but plausible misconception that “performance salary is my money reward me ”, “performance salary in the implementation of the official salary ” and “Performance pay system, the old teacher laborious decades, as a year or two ”. Through the factual analysis, focus analysis, policy and logic analysis on these misunderstandings, the connotation and significance of the teacher performance salary system are clearly defined.
