On the offing of the northern Huanghai Sea, there is a resplendent pearl named Changhai County of Dalian City, which is composed of 112 islands, islets and reefs. It is the only island county in Northeast China and an isle border county in China. The county is 52 sea miles away from Dalian city proper. It faces to the Korean Peninsula in the east.
