目的探讨中西医结合治疗妊娠期糖尿病与妊娠结局的关系。方法对妊娠期糖尿病病例按治疗方式分为常规治疗组A(饮食控制+胰岛素治疗+中药治疗)和对照组B(治疗为饮食控制+胰岛素治疗)比较两组的妊娠结局。结果B组孕产妇在并发症、剖宫产率、早产率、巨大胎儿、新生儿窒息率的发生率较A组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组在围产儿的死亡率、并发子痫前期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗妊娠期糖尿病孕妇较单纯西医治疗能明显改善妊娠结局。
Objective To explore the relationship between gestosis and gestational diabetes mellitus treated by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods Gestational diabetes mellitus was divided into two groups according to the treatment: routine treatment group A (diet control + insulin therapy + Chinese medicine treatment) and control group B (treatment as diet control + insulin therapy). Results The incidence of complications, cesarean section rate, premature delivery rate, huge fetus and neonatal asphyxia in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P <0.05) Mortality in children, concurrent preeclampsia no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Integrative Chinese medicine treatment of gestational diabetes than Western medicine can significantly improve the pregnancy outcome.
